Deadline for extended partnership and S-corporation returns. ATTENTION S-Corps and Partnerships that already filed extension: September 15th tax filing final deadline is quickly approaching and submitting returns for these entities are due on or before this date.
Estimated Tax Payment for 3rd Quarter of 2023 (Form 1040-ES). To calculate your estimated taxes, you will add up your total tax liability for the current year—including self-employment tax, individual income tax, and any other taxes—and divide that number by four. If you should make estimated tax payments, September 15^th is the deadline for the third quarter payment.
The first deadline for C corps with a fiscal year ending on June 30, is September 15.
